I'm excited to report that Carder got his cast off yesterday and seems to be adjusting well.
He now favors his left hand from not being able to use his right hand. So we will see if time changes that. He got to take a regular bath and loved that. No more bathroom sink.
He also took his first steps on Monday night. We were all so excited for him! I thought it would take getting his cast off to walk but he didn't so it will be fun to see and watch him excel in his new venture of walking. He is such a busy boy! Busier than any of my other kids. But he keeps life fun and exciting and we love him and hope we can stay out of the ER for awhile now! We are going to have to so we can pay this last visit off. (yikes)

`Love the new look of your blog! Im so glad Carder got his cast off. I bet that is such a relief to the little guy...thanks for your nice comment on my blog. "My Kitchen Cafe" is actually a friend of mine. She was the primary pres when ian was a sunbeam and I was her first counselor..."The Sisters Cafe" are her sisters! No wonder they are both great blogs....She is moving to Wisconsin and Im sad about it...she is going to keep the blog going though thank heavens! Its a dinner saver sometimes!
